What is the use of Performance Ranking?

Performance reviews provide an option to rank individuals based on their Individual Performance Score.
Why this feature?
- This feature allows you to rank the progress of the employees and reward them with achievement scores via Performance Ranking.
- These rankings will be reflected in the Review summary information of the employee.
Note: Only Super Users will be able to enable and configure the Performance Ranking.
Step 1
Navigate to Settings → Performance → Reviews from the left navigation panel and switch to the Rating Controls tab. Scroll down to Performance Ranking and Enable the Performance Ranking toggle.
Step 2
Once you enable it, you can see a predefined Rank Name listed with color codes, Percentage Cutoff, and Rating Cutoff.
You can customize the list with a new rank name by clicking on the Add button and Update.
Note: You can also add a new Rank by setting a new color code with a different Rating and Percentage Cutoff.
Performance Rankings will be displayed in the Review Summary Information of the performance review after the assessment is completed.
