Who can initiate performance assessments?

Profit.co allows users to specify performance assessment initiators for the organization's employees.
Why this feature?
- Initiators can commence Performance Reviews.
- Super Users can assign Review Initiators to start or begin Performance Reviews.
- Initiators can monitor the review process using the HR Dashboard and once the process is complete, reviewers can close the review process.
Step 1
Navigate to Settings → Performance → Reviews from the left navigation panel.
In the Reviews page, select the Basic Details tab and click on the search icon or click on the user name to add Initiators.
