Power Productivity with New Features in Profit.co:
Plan (OKRs, BSC, and Strategy Roadmaps)
- Set Default Visibility at Department Level for Consistent Access Control: We have introduced department-level visibility settings, enabling users to define default access controls that automatically apply to all newly created OKRs within that department, ensuring consistent privacy and collaboration standards.
- Risks & Issues Management at Key Result Level: We’ve introduced comprehensive Risks & Issues Management capabilities at the Key Result level, bringing the same powerful tracking previously available in Projects & Portfolios directly into OKRs. Teams can now proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues that could impact Key Result achievement.
- KPI Summary View Displays All Hierarchy Levels: We’ve enhanced the KPI Summary view to display Key Results at all hierarchy levels, not just first-level KRs. This provides complete visibility into nested Key Result structures, ensuring teams can see the full picture of cascading metrics and dependencies.
- Balanced Scorecard – Enhanced Create Button Design: We’ve redesigned the creation workflow in the Balanced Scorecard Scorecard Details page by introducing a unified “Create” button at the top of the screen, while maintaining contextual creation options within each perspective section. This provides flexible access to create Objectives, KPIs, and Initiatives from multiple locations.
PROCESS(Tasks, PPM, Timesheets, Notes, Meetings)
- Enhanced Financial Reporting with Strategic Alignment Widgets in PPM Cockpit: We have introduced comprehensive financial reporting capabilities in the PPM Cockpit with 5 new widgets and 2 summary cards, providing powerful insights into strategic alignment, budget distribution, and financial performance across your project portfolio.
- Enhanced Tollgate PDF with Comprehensive Project Information: We have significantly improved the Tollgate PDF download to include complete project details, transforming it from a basic summary into a comprehensive project documentation report that mirrors the information available in the project overview page.
- Partial Period Support for Project-OKR Alignment with Configurable Progress Tracking: We have enhanced project-to-OKR alignment to support partial period overlaps, allowing projects that partially align with OKR timeframes to be linked. Progress tracking from partially aligned projects can now be controlled through the “Allow past/future period check-ins” toggle in OKR settings.
- Project Level Filter in Portfolio Projects Tab: We’ve added a Project Level filter to the Portfolio → Projects tab to resolve project count discrepancies and give users control over which projects they see.
- Assignee Filter for Project Tasks: We’ve added an Assignee filter to the Project → Tasks tab, making it easy to view tasks by team member and understand workload distribution at a glance.
- Risk Status and Strategic Alignment Widgets for Portfolio & Project Dashboards: We’ve added two new dashboard widgets that bring risk visibility and strategic context directly to Portfolio and Project dashboards.
- One-Pager Download for Portfolio & Project Dashboards: We’ve added a One-Pager download feature that exports your entire Portfolio or Project Dashboard as a comprehensive single-page PDF document.
- Investment Flow financial reporting: We’ve added a comprehensive Investment Flow chart to the Cockpit module that visualizes budget flow from portfolios through projects to cost categories, providing instant financial intelligence for investment tracking and reporting.
- Task Variance Analysis Widgets for Tasks Dashboard: We’ve added three new analytical widgets to the Tasks Dashboard that provide instant visibility into task execution performance and deadline discipline.
PEOPLE(PMS, Goals, Development Plans, Recognition, Survey)
- Granular Control Over Manager Assessment Visibility in Review Pages: We have enhanced review page configuration by replacing the simple “Show Manager Assessment to Self” toggle with a comprehensive “Who can view manager assessment?” section, allowing administrators to customize exactly which components of manager assessments are visible to employees.
- Role-Based Peer Reviewer Restrictions: We’ve added the ability to restrict peer reviewer selection to specific roles, job titles, or grades at the review template level, eliminating the need for manual validation of peer reviewer selections.
- Not Applicable’ Option for Peer Assessments: We’ve added a configurable “Not Applicable” option that allows peers to skip competency questions they don’t have enough context to evaluate, improving feedback quality and reducing forced ratings.
- Bulk Goal Import with Smart User Validation: We’ve added a comprehensive Goal Import feature that allows administrators to create multiple performance goals at once via CSV upload, with intelligent user validation built into the workflow.
- Dual-License Tier Model (Full Access & Read-Only): We’ve introduced a two-tier licensing model that separates Full Access licenses from Read-Only licenses, giving organizations cost-effective flexibility to provide visibility without full editing capabilities.
- Hashtag Moderation with Auto-Rejection for Negative Sentiment: We’ve introduced intelligent hashtag moderation that automatically detects and rejects hashtags with strong negative sentiment, helping organizations maintain a positive, professional tone in recognition feeds.
Enhancements
- Budget Variance Now Displayed as Percentage in Financial Summary: We have added the ability to display budget variance as a percentage in the Financial Summary tab, providing users with flexible options to analyze project financial performance in both absolute values and relative percentages.
- Dedicated Recognition Notifications Tab with Customizable Email Messages: We have enhanced recognition notification management by removing recognition actions from the Home tab and introducing a dedicated Recognition tab in notification settings, giving users greater control and customization over recognition-related email communications. Additionally, recognition emails are now sent from noreply@profit.co for improved deliverability and consistency.
- Configurable Actual Start and End Date Display for Tasks: We’ve added a new setting that lets organizations control whether the Actual Start Date and Actual End Date fields appear in task detail views.
