OKR Management
- Confirmation Popup for Restoring Backlog OKRs: A confirmation popup now appears when restoring OKRs from the backlog, helping prevent accidental actions. This ensures users make deliberate choices and enhances overall control and user experience during OKR management.
- New Enhancements to OKR Progress Presentation: You can now hide the first and last slides in the OKR progress presentation for a cleaner, customized flow. Additionally, a new toggle allows you to show or hide breadcrumbs, giving you more control over navigation visibility in your presentation.
- Customize Columns in OKR Cockpit: You can now customize columns across all 17 OKR Cockpit table charts. Easily select and arrange the columns you want to see, creating a more personalized and efficient data review experience.
Process (Tasks, PPM, Timesheets, Notes, Meetings)
Tasks Management
- Restrict Task Assignment Up the Org Hierarchy: You can now prevent users from assigning tasks to managers or higher-ups within their direct reporting line. Tasks can only be assigned to peers or direct reports, ensuring clearer role boundaries and better control. This helps avoid accidental or inappropriate task delegation, enhances security, and improves task ownership within the organization.
- Default Task Dependency Set to “Finish to Start”: You can now set “Finish to Start” as the default dependency type for tasks, ensuring tasks must finish before dependent milestones begin. Other dependency types like Start to Finish, Start to Start, and Finish to Finish are also available for flexibility. This helps standardize task sequencing, improves project planning, and keeps timelines clear.
- Follow Specific Tasks: Users can now follow tasks they are not assigned to and receive notifications on important updates like status changes, new attachments, or key results linked. This keeps all stakeholders informed without direct task involvement.
- Convert Tasks into Subtasks: You can now easily convert a parent task into a subtask and vice versa, allowing more flexibility in reorganizing task hierarchies without recreating them. This update saves time and helps manage projects more efficiently as needs evolve.
- Add Description to Workspaces: You can now add a description while creating a workspace in the Task Management module. This improves clarity, provides better context for workspace usage, and enhances organization for ongoing and future tasks.
Portfolios and Projects
- Improved Approval Flow: Clearer Status in Multi-Approver Requests: Now, when one approver approves a request, others see an “Auto Approved” status instead of just “Approved.” This provides a clear audit trail, improves accountability, and enhances visibility by showing who manually approved and who was auto-approved in Requests and Tollgate workflows.
- Improved Field Order in PPM Create/Edit Panels: The Projects and Portfolios create/edit screens now have a consistent field order—ID, Template, and Name—matching other modules. This change enhances usability by providing a familiar, streamlined layout that speeds up data entry and reduces confusion.
- Breadcrumbs Now Visible in Gantt View: Tasks in the Gantt view now display breadcrumb paths showing their parent workspace, board, project, and milestone. This provides better context, streamlines navigation, and ensures a consistent user experience across all views, helping you manage tasks more efficiently.
- Logged Expenses Now in Project Summary : Expenses logged in a project are now automatically reflected in the Summary tab under Financials. This enhancement improves financial tracking and centralizes expense data, giving project stakeholders better visibility and streamlined reporting.
- Link Milestones with Tollgates in PPM: Milestones can now be directly linked to Tollgates, adding an extra layer of validation and control. This enhancement improves project governance, strengthens readiness checks, and ensures better visibility across project stages.
- Improved Owner Assignment in Project Templates: Project templates now offer better control by prompting users to confirm task and milestone ownership when multiple users are linked to a resource type. This prevents unwanted assignments, adds flexibility in team allocation, and ensures accurate ownership during project creation.
- PPM Settings Access for PPM Admins: PPM Admins can now manage PPM-specific settings, like tollgates and project templates, without needing Super User privileges. This update decentralizes control, reduces dependency on Super Users, and ensures a cleaner interface for non-admin users.
- Stage-Level Custom Fields in Tollgates: You can now configure custom fields specific to each tollgate stage, ensuring only relevant information is captured at every phase of the project. This enhancement brings greater flexibility, improved data management, and more tailored project execution.
- Link OKRs Directly from Projects: You can now link OKRs directly within the Strategic Alignment section of a project, ensuring stronger alignment between project execution and organizational goals – provided both are in the same period. This enhances visibility and keeps strategy and delivery connected.
People (PMS, Goals, Development Plans, Recognition, Survey)
Performance Management
- Delete IDP, PIP, and SDP: HR Admins and HRBPs can now delete Individual Development Plans (IDP), Performance Improvement Plans (PIP), and Succession Development Plans (SDP). This improves flexibility in managing development plans and ensures transparency by notifying all stakeholders upon deletion.
Enhancements
- Summary Info Shows Only Selected Assessments: The Summary Info section in PMS templates displays only the assessment types you choose in the Review Process. This removes irrelevant options, reduces confusion, and makes template setup faster and more accurate.
- New Charts: Department Ownership Insights: Two new charts — Department KPI Ownership and Department Initiatives Ownership — are now available in the OKR Cockpit. They provide a clear view of how KPIs and initiatives are distributed across departments, helping drive accountability, highlight gaps, and encourage balanced ownership of strategic goals.
- KPI Approval Step Removed: Employees can now create KPIs directly without needing approval from Super Users. This streamlines the workflow, reduces confusion, and speeds up the KPI setup process. All KPI creation actions are logged for transparency and accountability.
- Sort Options Added to PMS Cockpit Charts: You can now sort data in the Employee Level Competency Rating and Competency Level Employee Rating widgets by A-Z, Z-A, High to Low, or Low to High. This enhancement improves visibility, flexibility, and helps quickly identify top and bottom performers for better analysis.
- Formatting Options for Competency Descriptions: You can now add rich formatting – bold, italics, bullet points, and numbered lists – to competency descriptions in the Performance module. This enhancement improves clarity, boosts engagement, and ensures expectations are communicated more effectively during performance reviews.
