Power Productivity with New Features in Profit.co:
Plan (OKRs, BSC, and Strategy Roadmaps)
- Performance Score Calculation Visibility: We’ve enhanced the Performance Score display in the Bowler Chart view with transparent calculation details. Last week, we introduced the Performance Score column; this week, we’re adding full visibility into how these scores are calculated.
- Enable Selection of Sub-KRs for Contributing to Parent KR Progress (Say-Do Rolled-Up): We’ve added the ability to selectively choose which Sub-KRs contribute to the parent Key Result’s progress when using the Say-Do Ratio roll-up approach. Previously, all Sub-KRs automatically contributed to the parent calculation; now users have full control over which ones to include.
- End-of-Year Projection Status in Check-ins: We’ve introduced a new Projection Status option that helps teams forecast how their OKRs are likely to end by the close of the cycle.
PROCESS(Tasks, PPM, Timesheets, Notes, Meetings)
- Cost-Benefit Analysis Export to CSV: We’ve added the ability to export Cost Benefit Analysis data to CSV format, making it easy to share financial data, perform additional analysis, or integrate with external reporting tools.
- Cost Benefit Analysis Export – CSV and PDF: We’ve added comprehensive export capabilities for Cost Benefit Analysis, allowing users to download data in both CSV format (for detailed analysis) and PDF format (for presentations and sharing).
- Show Archived Tasks Filter: We’ve added a “Show Archived” toggle in the Tasks view, giving users control over whether archived tasks appear in their task lists. This keeps active task views clean while maintaining the ability to reference archived items when needed.
- Project Health Status Based on EVM and Progress Thresholds: We’ve enhanced Project Health Status with two calculation methods: Progress-based (for all projects) and EVM-based (for billable projects only). This ensures health scores accurately reflect project performance against plan, with advanced EVM quadrant analysis for financial projects.
- Project Closure Workflow: We’ve introduced a comprehensive Project Closure feature that enables structured project endings with customizable closure reasons, achievement documentation, lessons learned capture, and closure checklists. This ensures projects close properly with valuable insights preserved for future reference.
- Export Option Added to Task by Assignee Widget in PPM Cockpit: We’ve enhanced the export functionality in the PPM Cockpit to make task data easier to analyze and share.
- Revamped Project Settings Page in PPM: We’ve completely redesigned the Project Settings page in the PPM module to make it more organized and easier to navigate.
- CapEx / OpEx Classification in CBA: We’ve introduced CapEx and OpEx classification in CBA to improve financial categorization and reporting.
- CBA Lock & Unlock for Projects: We’ve introduced an Unlock option in CBA to support controlled edits after project approval.
PEOPLE(PMS, Goals, Development Plans, Recognition, Survey)
- Recognition Feed Redesign for Engagement-Centric Experience: We’ve completely redesigned the Recognition experience across Profit.co with a redesigned Feeds interface that transforms team recognition into an interactive, social experience. The redesign is now available on both the Home page and Recognition module, featuring enhanced posting capabilities, interactive leaderboards, and automated celebrations.
- Cockpit Dashboard Improvements for Reward Admins and Super Users: We’ve relocated the Organizational Graph from the Rewards page to the Cockpit module with enhanced filtering capabilities. This strategic visualization tool is now available exclusively to Reward Admins and Super Users, providing clearer insights into recognition patterns across the organization.
- Gift Card Program Analysis Dashboard in Cockpit: We’ve added a comprehensive Gift Card Program Analysis dashboard to the Cockpit module, giving Reward Admins and Super Users complete visibility into gift card redemptions, spending patterns, and program ROI.
- Attribute-Based Point Allocation in Recognition: We’ve introduced Rule-Based (Attribute-Based) Point Allocation to provide more flexible and targeted recognition.
- Feed Permissions & Post Creation Controls: We’ve introduced a new setting to control who can create posts and announcements on the feed.
Enhancements
- Decimal Value Rounding for Parent Key Results in Bowler Chart (Auto Roll-up): We’ve implemented automatic rounding of decimal percentage values in the Bowler Chart when Sub-KR progress rolls up to parent Key Results. Sub-KRs retain their precise decimal values, while parent KRs display clean, whole-number percentages for better readability.
- Delete Check-ins: We’ve added the ability to delete check-ins directly from the Key Result detail view. Users can now remove outdated or incorrect check-ins without needing admin intervention.
- Simplified Objective-Level Check-ins: Objective check-ins are now faster and easier with a clear Check-in option available directly from Quick View or the Objective Details page. Simply click the Objective name or progress bar to open Quick View and complete your check-in no drag bar required for Objectives.
- Enhanced Objective Visibility Controls: Objective visibility settings are now fully supported in the new UI, ensuring consistent and accurate access control. You can easily choose who can view an Objective ranging from Public access to specific individuals or teams directly while creating or editing it.
- Development Plans Now Show Recent Update Details: Development Plans now display Last Updated On and Last Updated By details, giving better visibility into recent changes. These fields are automatically updated whenever an IDP, PIP, or SDP is modified.
- CSV Export for All Recognition Cockpit Dashboards and Reports: We’ve enhanced the Recognition Cockpit to support CSV export across dashboards and reports.
- Actual Start & End Dates for Accurate Execution Tracking: Actual Start Date and Actual End Date are now available alongside planned dates to reflect real execution timelines. The Actual Start Date can be set when work begins, and the Actual End Date is automatically captured upon completion across Portfolios, Projects, Milestones, and Tasks.
- Simplified Objective-Level Check-in: We’ve improved the way you check in on objectives to make it faster, clearer, and easier to find.
- Visibility Enhancement for Objectives: We’ve enhanced Objective visibility settings in the new UI to ensure consistent access control across experiences.
- Actual Start and End Dates for Portfolio, Projects, Milestones, and Tasks: We’ve introduced Actual Start Date and Actual End Date to better reflect real execution timelines.
- Development Plans Now Support Additional Details: Development Plans now display Last Updated On and Last Updated By details, providing clear visibility into when the plan was modified and who made the latest update, with updates captured automatically.
