For now, we are only looking for topics related to OKR (Objectives and Key Results), KPI (Key Performance Indicator), Task Management, Employee Engagement, Performance Management or any other HR-related topics.
- Submitted pitches should be in abstract and should not exceed more than 100 words. (Note: This limit is only for submitting your ideas)
- Posts should be well-researched and should offer value to our audience
- Your post should be unique and should not have been published anywhere. Check for plagiarism before submission.
- We do not accept themes other than the above-listed topics and prohibit socially sensitive content and topics.
- Promotional or advertorial content is not permitted. We do not publish company news, press releases, or content that looks like a press release.
- Avoid duplicate topics, unless it is better than existing blogs on our website. So, before contacting us, check to see whether we’ve already covered your topic.

Content Guidelines
Our valuable importance is for the quality of content. Contributors are held accountable for the originality and accuracy of their work. For references, contributors can go through the published articles on our website; the better the article, the greater the chance of acceptance.
These are some of the points that should be considered before submission:
- Your posts should be grammatically correct and unique.
- All posts should contain at least 1000 words. Posts with 1500+ words are well accepted and encouraged.
- Posts should be in a ready-to-publish state that is consistent with our existing content quality. However, you grant us the right to edit or repurpose your post indefinitely.
- The best blog posts include examples, so you may add relevant images, videos, and outbound links that have your ownership to illustrate your point and enhance our audience’s overall experience.
- Posts that require extensive editing may be rejected
- We might edit the content before publishing it based on our requirements
- Submissions containing keyword stuffing will be rejected.
- Content from the Profit.co Blog may be syndicated to third-party sites. Please proofread and revise your contributions thoroughly before submitting them, as they will be syndicated from the original version on our site.
Linking Guidelines
We always love to link with websites having better domain authority but there are some points to be considered before linking your content:
- We only accept one do-follow link per piece of content. So, highlight the link you want to be do-followed.
- Links to related articles, blog posts, research, or statistics, as well as resources that will really assist the reader and make sense in the context of the post, are welcomed.
- Please refrain from using repeated links or keywords/anchor text.
- At our discretion, we reserve the right to remove or no-follow any link.
- We do not accept links that direct to the affiliate, products, services, price, categories, and tags page.
- Links to the company’s social media profiles will not be considered as a linking URL.
