Big Blue Button is an open-source virtual classroom platform designed for real-time learning, collaboration, and online meetings. You can now schedule meetings directly in Profit.co and seamlessly integrate them with the Big Blue Button app for smooth, in-platform virtual sessions.
What can you do with the Big Blue Button and Profit.co integration?
- Schedule meetings in Profit.co and instantly access them through Big Blue Button for seamless virtual sessions. Schedule BBB chat rooms in Profit.co and instantly access them through Big Blue Button for seamless virtual sessions.
How to configure Profit.co with BigBlueButton?
- Only Super Users can set up the Profit.co <> Big Blue Button integration.
- Once configured, Big Blue Button will appear as an option when scheduling meetings inside Profit.co.
Step 1
Navigate to Settings from the left navigation panel, click Integrations , select the Business Level tab, and click the Big Blue Button Configure button.
To create a new connection, click Connect to BigBlueButton.
You will be redirected to the connection page.
Enter a connection name, Domain, and Shared Secret, then click Connect.
The connection will be established.
Step 2
You can enable Big Blue Button in two ways:
1. Go to Preferences → Meetings and enable Enable BigBlueButton.
2. Navigate to the Meetings module → click the Ellipsis (⋮) icon → select Preferences → enable Big Blue Button → click Save.
How to schedule a meeting in Profit.co
- Go to the Meetings module.
- Click + Schedule Meeting .
- Enter the meeting topic, date, and time, and participants.
- Under Add Meeting Link, choose the BBB Chat Room option.
- Click Save.
Click on Join BBB Chat, and you will be redirected to the BBB page instantly.
