ADP is a leading cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) and payroll platform used by organizations worldwide for workforce management, payroll processing, time tracking, benefits administration, talent management, and more.

What you can do with ADP and Profit.co Integration?

  • Profit.co’s integration with ADP allows you to sync users from ADP and create them as users in Profit.co. It simplifies the synchronization process.
  • You can import First name, Last name, Email ID, Manager, Departments, and Job title from your ADP account into Profit.co.

Configure ADP in Profit.co

Note: Super Users can only enable the ADP integration in Profit.co.

Step 5

At any stage, if you do not want to synchronize user details for a particular period of time, you can enable the Pause Connection toggle. Users will not be synchronized until you disable the toggle.

If you want a summary of imported users, you can enable the Share Summary toggle. After sync, you will receive an email with the user’s information.

You will also have the option to do Field Mapping. Field mapping displays records from ADP and Profit.co side by side.

Note:

  • The first sync will happen only after 30 minutes once the connection is set up; subsequent syncs will occur every day at 9 PM local time.
  • Access for users will be automatically enabled once the sync is completed. Meanwhile, the user’s login will be in a disabled state by default based on their ADP termination status.
